Full Job Description

Cross River Therapy provides ABA Services throughout several states. We are currently hiring BCBAs that are looking to use their training to make the world a better place.

Responsibilities

To provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
Design ABA curriculum plans as well behavior intervention plans.
Analyze ABA data and write reports summarizing progress and best strategies.
Coordinate and confer with parents and case managers to maintain high level of care.

Requirements:

BCBA certification from the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
2 to 5 years experience working as a BCBA.
Experience working with children with autism
Not a requirement but Bilingual-English/Spanish is a plus!
