SUMMARY
The Quality Technician / Supplier Quality is a hands-on technical role responsible for two critical quality functions: internal quality operations and supplier-side accountability. This position owns the facility's gage calibration program, manages nonconforming material from identification through disposition, performs incoming inspection on high-risk purchased parts, initiates supplier charge-backs for nonconforming material, and oversees supplier 8D corrective action requests. This position reports directly to the Quality Manager.
