Recruiting & Payroll Coordinator

Atlanta, GA | Full-Time

Join Our Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting & Payroll Coordinator to support our growing team in Atlanta. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of talent acquisition and payroll operations, ensuring both a seamless hiring experience and accurate employee compensation.

***Onsite position 5 days per week, midtown location***

Atlanta’s market is competitive for HR talent, so we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, stay organized under pressure, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting Coordination

Manage interview scheduling across multiple hiring managers and departments
Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS and ensure timely follow-up
Support high-volume recruiting efforts when needed
Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination

Payroll Administration

Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll with a high level of accuracy
Audit timesheets and ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain employee payroll records, including changes and deductions
Partner with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies quickly

HR Support

Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
Maintain employee records in HRIS systems
Support HR initiatives and reporting needs

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or payroll
Experience supporting multi-state payroll (preferred in Southeast region)
Strong attention to detail—payroll accuracy is critical
Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas preferred)

Preferred Experience

Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems, ideally Paycor
Familiarity with Georgia labor laws and payroll regulations
HR experience in a law firm desired

Compensation & Benefits (Atlanta Market Competitive)

Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000 annually
(Based on experience, systems knowledge, and payroll exposure)
