Position Summary:

The Research Engagement Specialist contacts professionals from the real estate, mortgage, and wealth management industries by phone to verify they received the information letting them know that they have been brought forward as a candidate for the Five Star Professional Award, along with assisting the professionals in completing their evaluation form. It's important to note that this role is not sales but rather focused on gathering data to facilitate our research team's process in determining award winners.

Responsibilities:

· Contact provided list of professionals

· Gather and log all information to ensure research accuracy

· Quickly create a positive phone interaction with the professional

· Successfully complete the evaluation form with professional

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling
Comfortable handling rejection and objections while maintaining a positive, professional tone
Ability to control and guide conversations to achieve a clear outcome
Strong verbal communication skills with clear, confident delivery
Ability to think quickly and respond in real-time during live calls
Experience working toward and achieving daily performance metrics (calls, conversions, etc.)
Comfortable multitasking between systems while on live calls (CRM experience preferred – Salesforce, RingCentral, etc.)
Self-motivated with the ability to maintain focus and consistency in a high-volume environment

· Full-Time, $17.00/hour
