Independent Sales Representative – Luxury Cabinetry

Compensation:
- 10% commission on collected cabinetry sales

Devix Kitchens is seeking an established independent sales representative to generate luxury residential cabinetry projects in Southern California.
We manufacture high-end kitchens and complete full-house cabinetry packages. Typical California projects range from $100,000 to $400,000+.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with luxury builders, interior designers, architects, developers, and general contractors
- Identify qualified new-construction and renovation projects
- Present Devix samples, portfolio, capabilities, and pricing advantages
- Obtain plans, elevations, specifications, budgets, and project schedules
- Coordinate estimates and presentations with the Devix team
- Manage the local sales relationship from initial introduction through signed contract and deposit
- Follow up consistently and develop repeat builder and designer accounts
- Maintain accurate customer and project information in the company CRM
- Attend relevant local meetings, presentations, and industry events
Devix controls final pricing, technical approvals, contracts, production.
Ideal Candidate
- Deep knowledge of custom cabinetry, cabinet construction, materials, finishes, hardware, and installation
- Existing relationships with luxury builders, designers, architects, or contractors in Southern California
- Proven success selling high-value architectural, construction, or interior products
- Currently represents complementary, noncompeting products
- Operates an established independent sales business, agency, LLC, or corporation
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Able to understand architectural plans and cabinetry drawings and has
- Deep knowlegda of customer cabinets
- Reliable transportation and ability to attend local meetings
- Must not represent a competing custom cabinetry manufacturer

Compensation
