We’re Hiring: Full-Time Client Support Specialist
Costa Mesa, CA | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Client Support Specialist to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly. If you’re organized, great with people, and enjoy supporting a busy team, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones and emails, helping clients with questions and directing calls.
- Schedule appointments for our service technicians.
- Keep files and paperwork organized.
- Give management a hand with day-to-day tasks.
- Run the occasional office errand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable talking to people—both in person and over the phone.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong Computer Skills, able to pick up new software quickly
- Professional, dependable, and punctual.
- Able to stay calm and focused when things get busy.
Experience That Helps:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiar with QuickBooks Online.
- Have a strong ability to navigate a computer, using spreadsheets, emails, pdfs, etc.
- Must be able to multi-task.
