Job Description
Digital Brand Power is looking for a remote Outbound Sales Representative to help us connect with U.S. business owners and decision makers.
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. It is not an hourly or salaried employee position.
You will contact company-provided business leads, introduce them to Digital Brand Power, and invite qualified decision makers to a Free Digital Brand Power Review / consultation. You do not have to be a full-cycle closer. Your main focus is starting conversations, identifying interest, updating the CRM, and creating qualified sales opportunities. However, experienced closers on our team may help move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
We provide the leads, CRM, company email, calling tools, scripts, and training. You bring the discipline to make calls, follow up, and keep accurate notes.
This is best suited for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, can work independently, and understands commission-based sales.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to U.S. business owners and decision makers
- Introduce Digital Brand Power and offer a Free Digital Brand Power Review / consultation
- Identify interested prospects and qualify basic business needs
- Follow approved scripts and outreach procedures
- Schedule or create qualified opportunities for follow-up by the sales team
- Keep accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up activity in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects as assigned
- Communicate clearly with the team through our approved systems
- Respect calling windows, opt-outs, do-not-call requests, and compliance procedures
- Represent Digital Brand Power and approved related brands professionally

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation includes:
- 35% commission on approved initial sale payments collected and retained by the company
- 15% commission on approved monthly recurring revenue where applicable
You are paid when properly attributed customers close and pay. There is no hourly wage, base salary, or guaranteed income.
Example: If a properly attributed customer purchases a service with a $1,750 initial payment, the 35% commission would be $612.50. If that customer also has an eligible $550/month recurring service, the 15% monthly commission would be $82.50/month while the customer remains active and the contractor remains eligible.
Actual earnings depend on sales activity, approved sales, collected customer payments, customer retention, and continued eligibility.
Who This Is For
This may be a good fit if you:
- Are comfortable making outbound calls
- Can speak professionally with business owners
- Have at least 1 year of sales, outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, B2B sales, real estate, insurance, solar, home services, or call-center experience
- Are coachable and willing to follow training and scripts
- Can handle rejection and keep moving
- Are organized enough to keep CRM notes accurate
- Can work independently without being micromanaged
- Understand commission-based income
- Can maintain consistent weekday calling activity, averaging about two hours per business day
We are also open to motivated applicants who may not have extensive experience but are confident on the phone, willing to learn, and able to follow a proven process.

Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Must speak clear, fluent English and be comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners by phone
- Must have reliable internet, a computer, and a professional work environment
- Must be able to follow CRM, calling, and compliance procedures
- Must complete onboarding and training
- Must provide required contractor/payment documentation before payment can be processed
