Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the IT industry.
Understand clients' technical requirements and work with our recruiting team to tailor recruitment solutions to meet the client’s needs.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify, screen, and present qualified candidates.
Manage the full client process, from meeting with the client to gain a clear understanding of their needs to offer negotiation and placement.
Provide exceptional customer service as a trusted advisor to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to offer valuable guidance to clients.
