DHT is hiring right now for Regional OTR Dry Van Drivers.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $0.50 – $0.65 CPM (based on experience)
- Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION
The CDL-A Regional OTR Dry Van Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of freight while maintaining full compliance with all DOT and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor-trailer (dry van) equipment safely and professionally
- Plan routes and manage hours to maximize productivity and compliance
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure proper load securement and freight integrity
- Execute pickups, deliveries, drop & hook, and live load/unload operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ELD logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status and issues
- Follow all company safety policies and FMCSA regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable OTR or regional experience
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical
- Strong understanding of hours-of-service regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with high-mileage OTR operations
- Strong trip planning and time management skills
- Consistent on-time delivery performance
