Duties

WHAT YOU DO -Answer inbound calls Follow a simple script -Set appointments -schedule prospects,that's it. Professional closers handle the sales process. You do NOT need to sell anything. Manage and coordinate interview schedules for multiple departments, ensuring timely and efficient candidate assessments
Source candidates through various channels such as social media platforms, talent management software, HRIS systems like Workday or iCIMS, and job boards
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, salary expectations, and cultural fit using effective negotiation techniques
Check records of all recruitment activities within applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Greenhouse
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies including campus recruitment initiatives and internal talent management efforts
Facilitate candidate onboarding processes by scheduling 1 on 1 sessions with our team leader and preparing necessary employment contracts in compliance with employment law
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through consistent communication, research, and relationship management skills to enhance the candidate experience
Utilize social media marketing (recruitment) strategies to promote job openings and attract diverse talent pools while managing social media accounts for recruitment outreach

Qualifications

No experience necessary, we will train!
A plus: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills capable of engaging candidates at all levels
Familiarity with talent management software such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Taleo, or HRIS systems like SAP or ADP
Proficiency in using ATS platforms including Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Greenhouse for applicant tracking and reporting
Experience with social media management tools for recruitment marketing purposes
Ability to research market trends and generate leads for potential candidates through cold calling or lead generation techniques
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling appointments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism
