Are you an experienced executive who enjoys helping organizations succeed—but doesn't enjoy running the business behind your consulting practice?

We are expanding our Executive Partner Network and is seeking accomplished professionals who want to focus on delivering exceptional client results while we provide the infrastructure to help them scale.

This is not a traditional employment opportunity.

This is a strategic partnership for experienced professionals who already have a network, generate business, and want the support of an established organization behind them.

What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients.
Deliver executive-level consulting, operational leadership, or financial guidance.
Build and maintain professional relationships.
Develop business through your existing network.
Collaborate with Harn's accounting and consulting teams when additional expertise is needed.
Represent yourself professionally while leveraging Harn's operational support.

Duties

Experience

Proven experience in management consulting or a related advisory role with a focus on strategic planning and process improvement.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Expertise in change management methodologies to help organizations adapt effectively during transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated success in business consulting, including project management from initiation to completion.
Excellent research skills to gather market intelligence and industry best practices for client recommendations.
Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and tools used to evaluate operational performance.
Effective communication skills to articulate strategies clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
