Full Job Description

We are hiring a Remote Customer Experience Sales Specialist to provide primarily phone-based customer support and appointment setting, with some chat and email support as needed. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who are comfortable handling a high volume of calls and delivering clear, professional support.

Join a supportive, fully remote team that values your growth and your voice while helping customers with care and professionalism!

What You’ll Do

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
Provide accurate information, schedule appointments, and assist with basic troubleshooting
Respond to some customer inquiries via chat and email
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
Work closely with team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (phone-based experience preferred)
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (required)
Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
Experience using Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan
Ability to work shift times between 12:00 PM EST - 10:00 PM EST (9:00 AM PST - 7:00 PM PST)
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable navigating multiple software systems during live calls
Reliable high-speed wired (ethernet) internet connection
Laptop or desktop computer in good working condition

Note: Internet speed tests and device specification reports will be requested during later stages of the application process.

Nice-to-Have Software Experience

Experience with the following tools is considered an asset but is not required. Training will be provided:

Slack
Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
TalkDesk
Service Fusion
Go High Level

Qualifications (Preferred)

Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others

Hourly Rate
Performance-based bonus opportunities
4% vacation pay (after probation period)
4% pay in lieu of health benefits (after probation period)
