About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the successful delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring key milestones, resources, and deliverables are effectively planned and tracked.
This is a critical position requiring previous experience on mission critical and/or data center projects, with a strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning activities, and complex construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to ensure accurate schedule development and reporting.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify potential risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
- Produce schedule updates, look-ahead programs, critical path analyses, and progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate schedule inputs across construction, MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover phases.
- Lead schedule review meetings and provide recommendations to improve project performance.
- Support resource planning and forecasting activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure schedule compliance with client requirements and project delivery milestones.
- Assist in the development and implementation of mitigation and recovery plans where required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler within construction, MEP, or mission critical environments.
- Essential: Previous experience supporting data center, mission critical, hyperscale, or similar complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP installations, commissioning, and project delivery processes.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) and Microsoft Project.
- Experience developing and managing complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules.
- Ability to perform critical path analysis and earned value reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on hyperscale data center projects.
- Understanding of commissioning and turnover processes.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and project controls environments.
- Experience working for a general contractor, MEP contractor, commissioning provider, or project management consultancy.
