One of the company’s divisions, e‑Robotic Press, specializes in publishing high-quality children’s books. As the imprint continues to expand its reach and impact, MKP Technologies is seeking a motivated, energetic, and creative professional to lead the marketing efforts of e‑Robotic Press.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized marketing professional with a strong understanding of marketing and sales, particularly digital marketing, social media engagement, and audience development within the children’s publishing and education sectors.
Position Summary
The Assistant/Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for execution of the company’s marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, expand audience engagement, and drive sales of e‑Robotic Press publications. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, project management, and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the company’s strategic marketing and promotional initiatives for e‑Robotic Press publications.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Create and oversee the production of promotional materials, including catalogs, brochures, digital advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
- Plan, manage, and maintain a content calendar aligned with organizational goals, marketing campaigns, and key publishing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Support efforts to strengthen and expand relationships with authors, educators, schools, libraries, distributors, and other industry partners.
- Represent e‑Robotic Press at conferences, trade shows, educational events, and book exhibitions.
- Visit schools, libraries, and educational organizations to promote e‑Robotic Press publications and build strategic partnerships.
- Assist in the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and digital assets optimized for social and online platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing and communication materials.
- Engage with online audiences by responding to inquiries, interacting with followers, and fostering positive brand relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies that support business growth.
- Organize and maintain a centralized digital asset library to ensure marketing materials are properly managed and easily accessible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in growing engagement and audience reach across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns for books, publications, educational content, journals, or related products.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and professional content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and children's literature.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools is a plus.
