1. Role Summary
Elitech Technology Inc. is seeking a professional, high-energy Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our Miami team. As we expand our footprint in the North American and LATAM markets, you will be the primary technical contact for our clients, providing expert guidance on our Cold Chain IoT solutions and HVACR digital tools.
2. Key Responsibilities
Multilingual Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers across North America and LATAM via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
Product Implementation: Guide users through the setup and configuration of Elitech hardware (Data Loggers, Vacuum Pumps, Scales) and our proprietary Cloud/App platforms.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware connectivity (Bluetooth/WiFi/Cellular) and software functionality issues.
Documentation & Training: Create and translate technical FAQs, user manuals, and "Quick Start" guides to enhance the customer experience.
Sales Collaboration: Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations and product samples for key regional accounts.
3. Qualifications
Language Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Technical Aptitude: Strong logical thinking and the ability to quickly master electronic devices, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.
Experience: 2+ years in technical support, customer success, or a related field. Experience in HVACR, Cold Chain, or Industrial IoT is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with a "solution-oriented" mindset; ability to remain professional under pressure.
