Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic business development efforts, cultivate and manage high-value customer relationships, and drive enterprise-level sales growth. Your expertise in B2B sales, technology solutions, and negotiation will empower you to close complex deals and expand our footprint within the corporate sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership, communication skills, and technical knowledge to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted strategies to identify and secure new enterprise clients through warm calling, networking, and industry outreach.
Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Lead comprehensive sales negotiations, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs while maximizing revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that resonate with enterprise prospects and enhance brand visibility.
Utilize Salesforce and other sales management systems proficiently to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate account records.
Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic selling approaches.
Drive deal closing efforts by coordinating internal resources, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

Proven success in B2B sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, particularly in technology or software solutions.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in complex sales cycles.
Experience in business development activities including cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to assess client needs and craft effective solutions.
