Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations best practices is beneficial.
Hilton Expirence is plus-PEP
