- Key Responsibilities
- Build Trusting Relationships: Engage with warm leads and existing clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
- Product Education: Guide customers comfortably through our services/products using clear communication rather than high-pressure tactics.
- Territory & Account Re-engagement: Reach out to past accounts to rebuild rapport and showcase new updates.
- Team Collaboration: (Optional for veterans) Act as a mentor to junior sales staff, sharing real-world wisdom and professional insights.
- Basic Documentation: Keep track of customer updates via our user-friendly software (training provided).
