Digital Content & Asset Manager
Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)
$27.00 to $30.00 per hour
Temporary Assignment with Potential for Permanent Hire

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Digital Content & Asset Manager to support a comprehensive initiative aimed at organizing, managing, and improving access to digital content and information. This role is well-suited for professionals with backgrounds in digital archives, library science, records management, content management, database administration, information architecture, knowledge management, or digital asset management.

Position Overview:
The Digital Content & Asset Manager will be responsible for the strategic organization and oversight of extensive digital collections. The role emphasizes developing and maintaining robust metadata and taxonomy structures, optimizing search functionality and user accessibility, and ensuring compliance with content governance processes. Collaboration across marketing, communications, creative, and business teams is essential to maintain content integrity and support ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage large collections of digital assets, including images, documents, videos, and marketing materials
Develop and implement metadata standards, taxonomy protocols, tagging strategies, and governance processes
Enhance search functionality and overall user experience to ensure content is accurately categorized and easily accessible
Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of digital asset and content management systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize and maintain digital content repositories
Prepare documentation, workflows, user guides, and standard operating procedures
Assist with content migrations, data cleanup, and repository optimization projects
Train and support users on content management tools and best practices
Coordinate project milestones and facilitate communication among stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing digital content, archives, databases, repositories, or information systems
Proficient understanding of metadata, taxonomy, indexing, tagging, and information organization principles
Demonstrated ability to enhance content discoverability and improve user experience
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and prioritize competing tasks
Experience in developing documentation, standards, and training materials
Bachelor’s degree preferred
