Environmental Dynamics is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Window Washer & Floor Care Specialist to join our growing team. This position performs professional window cleaning and specialty floor care services for commercial and residential clients throughout the North Bay.

What You'll Do
- Clean interior and exterior windows on commercial and residential properties.
- Perform specialty floor care services, including:
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Floor scrubbing and refinishing
- Carpet cleaning and hot water extraction
- Burnishing and buffing
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Operate and maintain professional floor care and window cleaning equipment.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals in accordance with company policies and OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.
- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Travel between customer locations throughout Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and surrounding counties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in commercial window washing and floor care is required.
- Experience operating commercial floor machines, carpet extractors, buffers, burnishers, and professional window cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, reaching overhead, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify after hire in accordance with federal law.
Schedule
- Part-time position.
- Flexible schedule based on customer needs.
- Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime may be required.
- Opportunity to transition to full-time employment after a successful 90-day introductory period based on business needs, attendance, performance, and reliability.
Compensation
- $23.55–$26.50 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
