Trainee Event Marketing Assistant – Paid Weekly | Entry-Level Opportunity

Are you outgoing, energetic, and ready to kickstart your career in marketing and events?

Next Up Talent is seeking Trainee Event Marketing Assistants to join our growing team in Houston. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll work at live events, trade shows, and promotional activations—gaining real-world experience while representing top brands.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-person role requiring daily travel to our Houston office. Remote work is not available.

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent leading brands at high-traffic events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
Engage with customers through friendly, natural conversations (no cold calling)
Educate customers on products and services, helping them make informed decisions
Work closely with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship
Track performance and work toward weekly sales and engagement targets

What You’ll Gain
