EZ Freight Solutions LLC is an established and quickly growing final mile delivery company serving Southeast Wisconsin and surrounding areas. We operate multiple final mile contracts, including Ryder Final Mile, RXO, and Wayfair, with opportunities for contractors to be placed where they are the best fit based on experience, performance, and business needs.
We specialize in appliance delivery, furniture delivery, final mile logistics, and white glove service. In addition to route work, there are also opportunities for moving jobs and commercial/residential installation projects, which may pay more depending on the complexity of the project.
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to join a company with consistent work, solid systems, and room to grow. We do not hire often, and many of our contractors have been with us for a year or more.
Position Overview
We are hiring drivers and helpers for final mile delivery routes. Two of our three active contracts include appliance delivery, so appliance experience is strongly preferred.
Contractors may work across multiple accounts, including appliance delivery, furniture delivery, and other final mile projects, depending on operational needs and where they perform best.
This is a physically active, customer-facing role that requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Pay
- Helpers start at $100/day
- Drivers start at $150/day
- Driver pay requires:
- verifiable delivery or driving experience
- valid Fed Med
- ability to pass drug test
- acceptable MVR
Additional earning opportunities may be available for:
- complex install projects
- moving jobs
- difficult routes
- specialty jobs approved for additional pay
Schedule
- Start times typically range from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM
- Routes available depending on contract and business needs
- Local work / home daily
- Load-out locations include:
- Cudahy
- Oak Creek
- Mt. Pleasant

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-ft box truck with liftgate when assigned as driver
- Complete final mile deliveries for appliances, furniture, and other large items
- Load, unload, and handle products carefully using proper equipment and team lifting
- Deliver into residential and commercial locations
- Provide professional customer service in customer-facing environments
- Complete required delivery photos, paperwork, PODs, and app-based updates
- Follow route instructions, load-out procedures, and account requirements
- Assist with assembly, installation, moving, or white glove services when required
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and route readiness each day
Requirements
- Appliance delivery, furniture delivery, moving, or final mile experience strongly preferred
- Box truck experience required for drivers
- Must be comfortable with physically demanding work
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items with team assistance and equipment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional with customers
- Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Smartphone required for route and delivery apps
- Background check required for helpers and drivers
- Drug test required for drivers
- Fed Med and acceptable MVR required for drivers
