Full Job Description

Duties:
- Provide administrative support for the ministry staff, including managing volunteer communication
- Handle church communications (bulletin, email, text messaging service, promotions, sign-ups, and publications)
-Serve as "First Impression" of FBC during the week to visitors, vendors, members, and guests
- Coordinate all office activity, including managing supplies & equipment
- Maintain accurate church records

Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic computer functions (Microsoft Office, email, phone system)
- Preferred previous experience in office administration, particularly in a church setting
- Humble, teachable, engaging
- Ability to multi-task and see projects through to completion
- Able to pass a background check
