Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBS Required)

Talera is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a well-established nonprofit behavioral health and autism services organization serving children and families throughout the Pittsburgh area.

In this role, you will work within a collaborative clinical environment to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and partner with families to support meaningful progress. Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee ABA programming using evidence-based practices
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations
- Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), RBTs, and other direct-service staff
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
- Facilitate team meetings and support continuity of care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable regulations
- Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills

Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
- Experience supervising clinical staff

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Previous center-based ABA experience
- Experience providing parent training and staff mentorship
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania IBHS regulations
