The Student Financial Aid Services Department is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will report to the Senior Director of Enrollment Management and Student Financial Services and assist with the following duties and responsibilities:
Performs complex administrative work that may involve working with other College units to complete significant administrative functions (e.g., payroll, facilities, personnel, budget, records, security, etc.). Typical duties are outlined below:
+ Follows up with staff and administrators throughout the College, University, and the community to resolve problems;

Under the directions from the Financial Aid Manager, the Financial Aid Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and implementing financial aid regulations and policies; creating and developing financial aid databases, reports, and running queries. The Division of Adult and Continuing Education at LaGuardia Community College invites applications for the position of Workforce Data Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Pell Implementation Initiatives and working closely with the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, the selected candidate will support the development and management of data systems used to track student enrollment and outcomes for adult and continuing education (ACE) workforce training programs, including programs aligned with Workforce Pell reporting requirements.
