Operations Assistant

Company Overview

Eazzy Consulting LLC is a financial consulting firm specializing in residential and commercial financing, business lending, and customized financial solutions. Through our network of banks, lenders, and investors, we serve clients nationwide across all 50 states.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to support daily business operations, executive management, loan processing activities, and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, meeting materials, and administrative documents.
Serve as a liaison between management, clients, lenders, consultants, and business partners.
Coordinate events, meetings, marketing campaigns, and special projects.
Assist with social media content, marketing materials, and promotional efforts.
Maintain accurate client records, databases, and operational documentation.
Assist with loan processing, including collecting borrower documents, ordering appraisals, requesting title reports, and tracking file progress.
Follow up with clients and third-party vendors to ensure timely completion of transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 1 year of administrative, operations, marketing, or related experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience in banking, mortgage lending, financial services, or loan operations.
Marketing, social media, or event coordination experience.
Familiarity with loan processing procedures and documentation requirements.

Language Requirements

Mandarin Chinese (Required)
Cantonese and/or Korean (Preferred)

Additional Requirements

Successful completion of a two-week probationary training period.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
