Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand’s online presence and engage our target audience across various digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop innovative campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our social media efforts align with our overall marketing strategy. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in building brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and driving business growth through impactful social media initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and respond promptly to audience interactions.
Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights to refine content strategies.
Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions while optimizing ad performance through data analysis with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate messaging during campaigns or events; foster positive relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
Perform keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability; proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication.
Track campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare detailed reports on engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and ROI to inform future strategies.

Skills

Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques for reputation management and trend analysis.
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research methods, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce integration strategies.
Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences; strong storytelling skills combined with excellent proofreading abilities.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms; adept at analyzing ad performance data.
Strong relationship management skills; capable of building partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and internal teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
