GL Staffing is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Miami Dade team.

This is a base salary + uncapped commission position, giving you unlimited earning potential while providing the stability of a guaranteed salary.
What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business relationships throughout Miami-Dade County by introducing companies to GL Staffing's workforce solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and developing new B2B relationships
- Scheduling and conducting in-person sales meetings
- Identifying hiring challenges and presenting staffing solutions
- Building long-term partnerships with business owners, HR professionals, and operations leaders
- Following up on leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Preparing proposals and service agreements
- Working closely with our recruiting team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Representing GL Staffing professionally within the local business community

What We're Looking For
Required:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Outside/field sales experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable prospecting and generating new business
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Staffing or recruiting industry experience
- Experience selling services to manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial companies
- CRM experience
