Genesis10 is currently seeking a Billing Operations Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $24.00 per hour, W2
Position Overview:
The Billing Operations Analyst will join a Billing Operations team in a back-office operations role supporting critical billing processes, reconciliations, and revenue growth initiatives. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 4 days onsite and is open to recent college graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process billing control reports and execute batch processes within the billing application
- Perform billing-related reconciliations and ensure data accuracy across operational processes
- Assist with projects and initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency
- Prioritize and complete daily operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Primary Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage competing responsibilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Back-office operations experience preferred
Desired Skills:
- Banking or financial services experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Microsoft Access experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
