Green Vista Tree Care in Springfield, VA is seeking another sales arborist to add to our growing team. A sales arborist here is more than a salesperson- you'll be a technical consultant, educator, and field leader who upholds the company's premium reputation and builds lasting relationships across NoVA neighborhoods. A professional sales arborist would thrive in this rapidly growing company.
The sales area would be focused around Fairfax county areas, Arlington, and Alexandria. A company truck will be provided as well as a phone and tablet for business operations. More details will be provided during interview process.
Requirements
-Green industry sales experience, ideally 2-5 years sales or industry experience.
-Field-ready and professional; Valid drivers license, clean MVR, readiness for outdoor meetings, and appearance aligned with Green Vista's polished, safety-first culture.
-Organizational aptitude; Proficient in estimating, proposal writing, scheduling, CRM use, and self managing territory goals.
-Certified arborist or willing to become a certified arborist within first 12-18 months
-Able to meet and communicate with crew leaders effectively for swift project management and delivery of services.
-Available for duty Monday-Friday from 7-5. We meet in windows and perform 5 daily appointments set by the office.
-After hours or weekend emergency storm work availability
-Technologically savvy as we do everything on a digital platform.
-Professional and clean cut.
-Customer service minded and extremely responsive to emails, calls, texts, etc.
-Sales skillsl, but also willing to take constructive criticism to become a better salesperson in the tree care industry.

-deliver a high level of customer service- clear communication, follow ups, and job site professionalism- reflecting Green Vista's reputation.
-client consultations; diagnose and recommend based on tree assessments
-sales & proposals; accurate estimates, clear proposals, and upsells
-crew coordination; communicate scope of work clearly to production crew in order to flawlessly execute proposals.
-compliance; ISA, ANSI A300

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
