Role: Experienced Technician Assistant
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Four days per week - must include a rotation of every other weekend (Sat and Sun)

What You'll Do
-
Assist veterinarians and licensed technicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
-
Safely restrain patients using compassionate, low-stress handling techniques
-
Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
-
Perform venipuncture, laboratory sample collection, and other technical procedures appropriate to your experience

Monitor patients and provide attentive nursing care throughout their visit

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Educate clients on medications, preventive care, and discharge instructions

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment

Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional patient care every day
