Positions & Pay

Sales Reps: OTE $125K–$240K | Base $30K–$50K
Managers: OTE $150K–$260K | Base $45K–$60K

Unlimited commissions paid bi-weekly
Fast-paced environment & short sales cycle

What You’ll Do

Take live inbound transfer calls from interested agents and lenders
Present coaching, and local lead systems with authority
Close quickly, build relationships, and grow recurring business
Use our advanced CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
Lead, mentor, and drive others as you move into management
