Requirements
● Active state license
● CAQH profile (CAQH#)
● Ability to practice independently
Accepted Licenses
● LMHC: Licensed Mental Health Counselor

● LPC: Licensed Professional Counselor● Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Responsibilities
