We currently run programs with usage in the hundreds of thousands as well as single custom parts. These parts range in size from inches, to over 10 feet in length.

When it comes to any substrate that is in need of a decorative finish, a functional finish, assembly or any other service, we are the solution. We can take your piece of metal/plastic and turn it into anything you require. The only limit to what we can do is the limit of our customers imagination.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will oversee quality control processes, implement quality assurance policies, and lead a team to maintain product integrity.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures

- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Manage quality inspection processes

- Fabricate and maintain quality control documentation

- Lead investigations into product defects and implement corrective actions

- Conduct annual ISO audit preparation

-Prepare PPAP submissions

-Lead a team of 3-5 quality inspectors

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in quality assurance management

- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and tools

- Familiarity with quality systems and standards

- Ability to lead projects and teams effectively

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Bilingual Preferred
