Sales Development Representative (SDR)

In a time when outdated software systems still hold dealers back, Blackpurl offers a cloud-based, touch-friendly dealership management platform (DMS) designed to simplify operations and empower success. The Role

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Blackpurl, you will be the driving force that ignites new opportunities with dealers. Your primary focus will be to connect with dealership professionals—through calls and emails—and spark interest in Blackpurl’s groundbreaking platform. By engaging prospects with clarity, enthusiasm, and expert insight, you’ll help pave the way for meaningful conversations and game-changing solutions.

What You’ll Do

Own the top of the funnel. ~70 outbound calls a day plus personalized email outreach to powersports, trailer, RV, and equipment dealers — inviting the right ones to a demo or discovery call.
Qualify with judgment. Research prospects and have real conversations, so every meeting you book is one an AE is glad to take.
Book meetings that stick. Schedule demos and hand off cleanly to our Account Executives.
Keep a tight CRM. Log every interaction in HubSpot so nothing slips through the cracks.
Sharpen the playbook. Bring what you’re hearing on the phones back to the team and help us improve messaging, targeting, and sequences.
Represent with Passion: Embody the spirit of Blackpurl in every conversation, demonstrating our commitment to making life better for everyone in the industries we serve.

Who You Are

Experienced: You bring a solid background from a call center, an SDR role, or an outbound team, and you understand what it takes to connect with prospects effectively (2 years outbound calling experience required). Experience with dealerships is a plus.
Driven & Resilient: You’re motivated by targets and view every call and email as a chance to make a difference. You thrive on challenges and persist until you succeed. call volume is not a challenge
A Natural Communicator: Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to translate complex solutions into clear, engaging value propositions.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + bonus/commission, with OTE at $80k+.
