SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE

You have 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a professional repair shop
You have solid diagnostic ability and the confidence to work independently
You take pride in your work and care about doing the job right... not just getting it done
You're a team player who lifts the people around you instead of creating drama
You communicate. With the team, with the service advisors, with whoever needs to know what's going on
You show up. On time, ready to work, ready to contribute
ASE certifications are preferred but not required. We'll invest in helping you earn them if you're serious about your craft
You have a valid driver's license and your own tools
