Full Job Description

Big Sky Shuttle, Inc., the number one provider of Private Luxury Transportation and Yellowstone Tours, is searching for a person of excellence to sell and book BSS services including Corporate Charters, Weddings, Private Yellowstone Tours and airport trips. Many of our events are multi-day and require planning and organizational skills. You will work directly with wedding and corporate planners to facilitate their needs. The position is 32+ hours per week. Proposals and sales are an integral part of the process. The earning potential is excellent including commissions. YOU MUST LIVE IN THE GALLATIN COUNTY, MONTANA AREA. NO OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS.
This position is flexible and you will work from your home. This is a fast paced, highly professional position, not a work from home scam. Big Sky Shuttle is the number one luxury transportation company in the area. The position is year round. You will be trained by an expert in the industry and learn our software reservations program and how we do business. We are experts at what we do. Sales are a huge part of this position. Excellent writing skills and organizational skills are required. You must be a self starter and be disciplined to work without supervision and have great attention to details. ***Big Sky Shuttle will provide you with a laptop, large monitor, keyboard and mouse to be used for the position.
You must have: HIGH SPEED INTERNET, WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL AND WORD, SMART PHONE, VERY GOOD TYPING SKILLS.
Familiarity with the Big Sky, Bozeman, Paradise Valley and Yellowstone Nation Park area are required. You must have a pleasant and mature phone voice with excellent communication skills and be able to accurately type. This is a fast paced, fun job and requires a high level of perfection and problem solving. If you are highly organized and self motivated you will excel and love this job. Big Sky Shuttle has a fantastic team and teamwork is essential. Commission is in addition to pay and will significantly enhance your earnings.
