The Board of Trustees of Immaculata University (Immaculata.edu) and the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary invite applications and nominations for the 11th President of the University. Located in Immaculata, PA, Immaculata University (IU) is a Catholic, comprehensive, co-educational institution of higher education. As the Chief Executive Officer, the President must ensure the charism of the IHM Sisters remains integrated into the fabric of the University. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the President is expected to support and build upon the IU legacy by maintaining and furthering the vision that ensures the University thrives in the challenging higher education landscape with the same passion and conviction embodied in the mission for which the University was founded. The President serves as the principal representative of the University bringing the campus together by maintaining the organic sense of shared governance, while encouraging faculty and administration to exercise their creativity within that system.

- Communication and Marketing
- Finance and Administration
- Institutional Advancement
- Mission and Identity
- Student Development and Undergraduate Admissions, Dean of Students
The role serves to:
- secure the financial base of the University through furthering a culture of philanthropy, networking and engaging alumni, and other prospective donors.
- support and challenge the enrollment initiatives through enabling effective marketing, enrollment management and program development.
- further the program assessment of course offerings with the endeavor to keep IU’s course offerings relevant providing our students with the tools that enhance their success and the University’s competitive status, differentiating IU from other Catholic institutions in the greater Philadelphia region.
- recruit and retain outstanding faculty and staff celebrating their success enhancing morale and creating a more competitive compensation model.
- join the faculty, staff, and students in building a more vibrant and engaging culture and community that attracts undergraduate students to live on campus and make Immaculata the University of choice for those seeking a small campus experience.
- build and differentiate our adult learning and Doctoral programs from others in the area.

Qualifications:
- A practicing Catholic who upholds the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Possess the passion and respect for the charism of the IHM Sisters.
- Having an earned doctorate or equivalent terminal degree, along with suitable credentials and experience for a university in the twenty-first century.
- Have a strong financial and business acumen with the ability to view the University as an institution of higher learning, in the business of education.
- Is a strategic thinker and change agent with an understanding of the broader issues impacting the higher education environment.
- Be a servant leader who models openness and inclusion, appropriate ambition, and a commitment to strategic growth.
- Is a demonstrated leader with strong business acumen, political savvy, fundraising experience, and comfort with external constituencies.
- Is a data driven decision maker, and thoughtful risk taker with the ability to respond to a changing environment with vision, nimbleness, energy, and self-confidence.
- Is aspirational and optimist, serving as the voice for the University who inspires stakeholders to embrace and support the visions of Immaculata University.
