We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Columbus team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, client relationship management, account management, employee onboarding, and workforce support for multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to successful placement.
- Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, orientations, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
Supply Chain & Industrial Recruitment
Recruit for positions including:
- General Labor
- Warehouse Associates
- Forklift Operators
- Reach Truck Operators
- Order Pickers
- Cherry Picker Operators
- Clamp Truck Operators
- Walkie Rider Operators
- Shipping & Receiving
- Inventory Associates
- Production Associates
- Manufacturing Associates
- Machine Operators
- Warehouse Supervisors
- Team Leads
Previous experience recruiting within:
- Warehousing

Knowledge of Raymond equipment and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) recruitment is an asset.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports.
- Ensure all staffing requirements are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
- Handle client escalations professionally.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing accounts.
Account Management
- Manage assigned client accounts.
- Forecast hiring requirements.
- Coordinate staffing requests and replacements.
- Monitor attendance and retention.
- Support workforce planning initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations, Payroll, HR, and Compliance teams.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Employee Relations & Onboarding
- Conduct new hire onboarding.
- Verify employment eligibility documents.
- Complete onboarding paperwork.
- Monitor attendance and employee performance.
- Conduct employee follow-up after placement.
- Resolve employee concerns professionally.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Payroll, Taxes & Compliance
Working knowledge of the following is preferred:
- Payroll processing
- Employee timesheet review
- Federal and State employment taxes
- W-4 forms
- I-9 Employment Verification
- E-Verify
- W-2 documentation
- Overtime regulations

- Ohio employment laws

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee and client records.
- Update recruitment activities within the ATS and CRM.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate interview schedules.
- Support payroll and invoicing teams with required information.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing agency recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting within Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Industrial environments.
- Previous experience managing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of payroll processes, taxes, and employment compliance is an asset.
