Full Job Description

Job Summary
This role focuses on managing post charge-off accounts by coordinating with skip tracing and repossession vendors, supporting recovery efforts, and working directly with customers to resolve outstanding balances. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor post charge-off accounts to skip and repossession vendors
Perform skip tracing and conduct outbound calls to locate customers
Handle inbound calls related to payments, payoffs, and voluntary surrenders
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support recovery efforts
Assist with legal processes such as replevin and other recovery actions
Research and resolve disputed accounts, escalating issues as needed
Support redemption and reinstatement processes by monitoring payments
Maintain accurate account records and documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience in collections, recovery, or customer service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in PC systems and data handling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Background checks required
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability is essential

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
