Full Job Description

Role Overview
In this role, you will perform detailed inspections of electronic hardware and ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering drawings, and contractual requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining product integrity and supporting aerospace quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9100 standards (mandatory)
Inspect electronic hardware including wires, solder joints, terminals, and components
Interpret blueprints, planning sheets, and quality specifications
Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, microscopes, etc.)
Review and validate Acceptance/Test Data Packages (ADP/TDP)
Conduct hardware and process audits
Maintain inspection records and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector
Strong experience with AS9100 FAI (required)
Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Net-Inspect
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Experience working with DCMA standards or audits

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
