Full Job Description

Role Overview
In this role, you will investigate and process unclaimed property claims, ensuring ownership is validated in accordance with state, federal, and international regulations. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret legal and financial documents.

Key Responsibilities

Process and review unclaimed property claims
Investigate ownership using interviews and document analysis
Communicate with claimants to gather required information
Review legal documents (wills, trusts, affidavits, contracts, etc.)
Interpret and apply statutes, policies, and regulations
Research records to locate and validate property
Approve and process claim payments
Manage workload independently while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with data entry and/or claim processing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to interpret complex documents and regulations
Good communication and computer skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with office tools (Word, Google Suite, etc.)
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Background in administrative, legal, or financial environments

Pay: $18.00 per hour
