Business Development Manager – Infusion Sales

Job Type: Full-Time
Territory: Manhattan, Bronx & Brooklyn / Westchester, NY / Hudson Valley, NY
Work Location: Field-based (territory) with remote administrative work
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base salary + commission

About the Role

We are building a high-performing infusion sales team and are actively seeking driven, hungry individuals ready to break into or advance in healthcare sales. This is a Business Development Manager / Healthcare Sales Representative role focused on expanding referral relationships and driving growth for our infusion services.

Passion and heart can’t be taught — if you have that fire, we’ll provide the tools, coaching, and clinical knowledge to help you win.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, grinding for results, and proving themselves in a competitive healthcare sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build, develop, and nurture strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare partners
Assess client needs and effectively present infusion services and solutions
Communicate and persuade targeted doctors and referral partners using consultative selling skills
Manage and grow a defined sales territory (Long Island / Westchester / Hudson Valley)
Differentiate our services from competitors and maintain awareness of market dynamics
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, trainings, conferences, and patient-focused events
Maintain detailed records of all contacts and activities using CRM systems
Manage budgets related to catering, conferences, and hospitality
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and strategy execution
Plan work schedules, set goals, and review performance with the Director of Business Development

Qualifications

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in outside medical sales or B2B sales preferred (not required for the right candidate)
Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Highly motivated, target-driven mindset
Ability to travel for conferences, trainings, and events as needed

Healthcare Credentials Strongly Encouraged

Licensed and clinical professionals are highly encouraged to apply, including:

Other clinical or healthcare professionals

Your clinical background is a major advantage and will be supported with sales training.
