Full Job Description

Our client is InSearch of a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, ensure accurate and timely payments, and maintain vendor relationships. Responsibilities include verifying and reconciling invoices to purchase orders, processing payments, and assisting with month-end closing. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in accounting software.

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 annually

Responsibilities

· Process and verify invoices for accuracy

· Ensure timely payments to vendors

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

· Maintain accurate records and documentation

· Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

· Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues

Qualifications

· 2 years of accounts payable experience required

· Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential

· Experience with Fusion software is a plus

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and able to multi-task, maintain focus, and meet deadlines
