The Denver District Office for Farmers Insurance is hiring a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team!

We are looking for Rockstar who wants to grow into a recruiter role, to help us continue to grow our team. We have agencies that are growing and looking for help all over the Denver metro area and we are also looking for new future agency owners! To keep up with the demand we are adding another recruiter to our team. At Farmers we provide a wide range of insurance products that help protect our clients & their assets. Qualifications for the District Office Recruiter:

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the District Recruiter:

Proactively Contact applicants to our various job posts.
Communicating with other potential future agency owners
Establish candidate relationships and follow up with candidates, as needed
Understand candidate needs and identifying where our opportunity fits
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential candidates
Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our opportunities
Staying informed about competing industry opportunities
Ability to win over highly sought after candidates
Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team

Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?
If you follow our process, at the very least you can expect to make $50,000+ in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.
