IBT is looking for a professional, organized candidate to join our Bedford Park Illinois team. Do you know your way around the Chicago Rails? Do you feed off high-energy environments and like to jump right into a job? This is the position for you!
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Audit IBT trucking movements and transfer validated charges from operational systems to the Global TMS
- Collaborate with Dispatch and Accounting teams to support customer communications, including scheduling door appointments and providing email updates
- Assist in preparing and delivering reports required by management and customers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics environments
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of intermodal/trucking or transportation experience preferred
