ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department.
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and paid in accordance with company policies and vendor terms.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members.
- Address complaints, identify, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, procedures, and priorities relating to the area(s) of responsibility.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Review, enter, and process intercompany invoices accurately and timely, ensuring expenses are charged to the appropriate entities and transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies.
- Process bank ACH transfers and deposits.
- Review and process corporate employee expense forms.
- Create and monitor billing for reimbursements.
- Set up and maintain corporate and property credit cards and allocate charges for reimbursement.
- Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field desired.
- 5+ years Accounts Payable experience required; including minimum one year experience in supervision preferred.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and financial matters and information related to the owner(s), partners, properties, guests, associates, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a courteous, tactful, and patient manner with other company associates and management including property General Managers, vendors, and other members of the general public conducting business with InterMountain Management and its owned and managed properties.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally, in writing, and utilizing proper business telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, high-energy and demanding work environment.
- Excellent time management skills; multi-tasks skills; ability to prioritize and coordinate details.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to learn and accurately use software as needed.
- Basic understanding of how duties impact company financials.
- Proficiency in Excel and calculator use
