You bring concepts to life across multiple channels—from social and digital to print and brand experiences—while maintaining a strong sense of craft and attention to detail. You collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop creative that connects with audiences and delivers real results for clients.
Qualified candidates have:
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, advertising, or a related field
- 3+ years of art direction and design experience, preferably within an advertising agency
- Experience developing creative from concept through final production
- Ability to translate strategic insights into compelling visual ideas and campaigns
- Experience creating audience-focused creative across print, digital, and social platforms (mobile-first)
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
- Experience collaborating with copywriters and cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaign concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and sell creative ideas internally and to clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Solid understanding of preparing production-ready files for both digital and print environments
- Curiosity and drive to stay current on emerging trends, technology, and cultural movements in design and advertising
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think both strategically and creatively
