What You’ll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
- Perform pest control treatments safely and effectively
- Educate customers and provide outstanding service
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Operate equipment, tools, and company vehicles safely and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed pest control technician
- Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and safety procedures
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow professionally
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varied environments
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive starting pay based on experience
- Commission opportunities after 90 days
