Full Job Description

Primary Objective:

Convert qualified leads into active clients by tailoring digital advertising solutions to SMB goals and driving rapid onboarding and revenue impact.

Experience & Skills:

1-2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in digital advertising or martech
Track record of exceeding quota in a transactional sales environment
Strong ability to prospect and build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and strategic targeting
Proficiency in consultative sales including needs-based selling, objection handling, and closing
High English fluency with professional-level verbal and written communication
Able to clearly articulate value propositions to a U.S.-based SMB audience
CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred) with strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
Strong demo and proposal delivery skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions
Familiarity with SMB challenges and the digital marketing buyer’s journey
A college degree is great, but hands-on experience that proves you’re gritty, can sell, and solve problems matters just as much
Experience launching ad pilots or onboarding small-business clients into digital platforms
Familiarity with ad campaign management or digital marketing tools

Schedule:

Report to our Nashville office Monday - Thursday and WFH Fridays
8am-5pm CT with a 1-hour lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
